Drz...help me 4 stammering and stuttering
my name is iftikharand i am 22 yearz old
i am a quite brillirant sutudent of business mangement but this stammering effects to my whole confident and potienal very bady. so plsease do tell me what to do to remove it.
start of stammering,
this start with a high fever for a long time known as 'typhoid', this was done to me in ma early age of 7 years old....
after taht i started stammering but i wasnt shy or hezitate to speak this was quite noraml ,much controlled stammering, but since these five years i have spent in my hostel life and in university, in this i started tooo much too stutter, then this thing carry onz and i went bad in ths stammering, at present am so much deppresd
fellng anxiety and stress
whole over me, because i can even not speak my name :iftikhar' when anyone asks my name.
due this am so much depreessd and almost left evry effort to do someting in ths world. when i am stree , or excited , or my heart beat is high i stammer tooo badlyy tht i cant even produce a word.....my heart beat goes like pumping machine at its peak when some one asks my name, and i am very deppred ths y, normalyy i sapeak very fluently, but when i want to give lecture or tell something tht next person dont know i got stuck in stammering. so please read my words propely and tell me what to do....thanks...waitng for replies...

Stammering is more psychological
phenomenon then physiological problem & it gets aggravated when one is tense & anxious.
I would suggest you to take one dose of GELSIMIUM 200 (5 Pills) once daily in the morning before going to work.You may try for about 7 days & see how you feel.
An exercise as follows will be also very helpful.
Stand before a full size mirror alone in the room & speak to your image as if you are speaking with people in the office or parties etc.at least for 5-10 minutes daily without interruption.I feel you will see the change in 10-15 days.BOLO MIYA IFTIKHAR KHOOB BOLO BOLNE SE HI AWAZ MAY DUM AAYEGA PER ITNA NAHI KE LOG DER JAYE Ha Ha :-)

dr sb.... am taking gelsimum 200 and anacardium 200 , one gelsimum on ven days and anacardium on odd days. after discusing ur sugesstn with the local homeo dr.
am taking ths almost frm more than a week, i havnt found any cahnge in stuttering....but heart beat is not pulling like it do before while stuttering...but i still stutter but i also feel slight change but nt in stuttering but in the feeling that i less stutter thts what i have achived....am writing very strange felling bt its what i want to tell u. thanks...

Single dose of 2-3 drops of Argenticum nitricum 200C in 15-20 ml of water to b taken in the morning on empty stomach repeat for three days only then stop!!!
Any problems with your health thereafter let me know
Otherwise report back in 5 days

i just want to know that am i getting a deppresion or anxiety remedies,
where else what i need is , is the remdy for sttutering, which i am having frm since my childhood, due to sever typhoid, which left this thing in my life...thanks

The stammering problem is indirectly related to stress anxiety anticipation problems I have prescribed you looking at the whole picture dont worry Steadily you'll see effects in every thing if your fever returns pls let me know first

thank you sir....fever was at the age of 4 i thnk, but nw i am of 22, that fever typhoid lasted for 1 month and made mee too weak then steadly i stard stammering.
and secondly, what should i do about gelsimum 200 and anacardium 200 , shuold i stop this or not...thanks.

thats why i want to know should i stop it or not.

Pl stop doctoring yourself & follow one doctor's advice.
For that matter anybody whom you feel is good for you.
Getting over stuttering will take a long time. EK YA DO HAFTE KI BAAT NAHI HAYE.
Be calm & stress free & follow only one doc & his or her advice. Good luck.

to day 5 days complete with all othr medciens stoped.
now sir what i felt is,
in first 3 days i felt just more anticipation type thngs like flux and lose waste...
and nw its still improvng but waste is bt yet fully norml...
nw stammering...no change in stammering its still same....:(
5 days completed nw i am reportng you...
so dr what shuld i do nxt.

one thing more sir ...what about smoking cigrates...i smoke almost 3-4 cigrates daily am not chain smoker or addictd but i do smoke almst daily..? thanks

Sir 10 days pased .... today is the only day in wf=hich ma waste was much much better.....like solid,,,rite...
and i little bit felt that ma stuttering might be improving.... but i still stutter at C , K , or P, M , I , B , statng wrdz....
specially on phone stuuter

Sir 6 th day started....my stomach is much more better and ahving quite changed and full solid like noraml waste....no flux in stomach much more normal...no such spicy feeling while using washrum. very much satisfiedd with anticipation and stomach improvement...
but i still stutter on the words i told u berfor startng with C or K , M l or I , G. specially in reading i sttuter...
but i have gained confidence...am not losing it...am try building it up again and agin...but i need to fix my tounge or throat not to vibratte like ttttttt orr kkkkkkhhhhh while utering a word...
I dont stuttet liek peopel do at evry word... but i can speak without stuttering in many case in which special words i mentioned idont use...
what to do next Sir...
