Low Glucose, glucose tolerance test

37, 150lbs, Eat healthy, Have severe Asthma and allergies.

Just had a 4 hour glucose/ insulin test done to rule out diabetes as possible cause of foot, leg, knee and lower back pain with 'brain fog' an fatigue.
Pain after standing for only a few minutes, mostly in knees and feet.

Glucose 3 hour was out of range (63)
Glucose 4 hour was out of range (45)

But insulin was all in range. Any ideas what is going on or if this could cause any of the symptoms.

I dont trust the doctor, he was more concerned that I get a tetanus/ booster with whooping cough, I dont have any symptoms or injuries of either
