Lumbar epidural injection please advise
Hi, I have been diagnosed after MRI with a tear to two of the lumbar discs in my back, with facet joint syndrome, the hospital have offered to give me a lumbar epidural injection that has a steroid in the alleviate the seriously bad constant pain and sciatica.Can anyone please advise me as to whether there is any other option open to me?
I am very reluctant to take any form of pain relief, ever, but have had to over the last 6 months as the pain is unbearable and I have babies to care for.
Please help as I am really anxious about this injection and it will be on Thursday!

2. mag. phos 6x 4 tab thrice n a day
3. Nycteanthus a Q 10 drops thrice in aday with 1/2 cup of water..
report me monthly... you need not require any injection
