sebaceous cyst on my face

I think this is what I have. It is on my cheek an inch from ear. It started as a small lump about 5 weeks ago. It hasn't grown or changed much, but it is a bit red and tender when bumped..or accidentally scratched when brushing my hair, it hurts a bit. It seems to have gotten harder now, but still not looking like it is going to come to a head or drain in anyway.
It is unsightly and bothering me. I took Belladonna few days, and applied Calendula cream to the area.
It would itch slightly after I applied. Since then, I have tried some hydrocortisone cream, but nothing seems to be shrinking it or changing it.
Any ideas?
never had this before.. I am 42, white female with hormonal migraines..
