Wrist pain-computer professional

Dear Doctor,
I am 31-year-old and a computer professional working around 8-10 hours daily for the last 7 years or so.

Recently, I started getting shoulder pain in my right side, then I changed the mouse to left side and started using my left hand.

But now, I am having mild wrist pain in my left hand. Pls advise me if homeopathy has a cure for me or would I have to go to allopathic remedies (which I don't like, more so because there side effects).

Thanx in anticipation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
two remedies show up here

Ferrum phos
and
Ruta.

As you work with computers and thus stress the eyesight I would choose Ruta .

But check both out and see which one suits you best.

I have treated a problem such as yours which is classified as "Carpel Tunnel Syndrome" with Rhus Tox 1M.

If you decide to use it the following instructions must be followed for best effect:

Put just 1 drop or 2 pellets of this remedy into 400ml (8 oz) of bottled water. Hit (succuss) the bottle on the palm of your hand 3 times every time you sip 1 teaspoonful 3 times daily till your condition improves.

Please note that when the bottle is banged on your palm it must fizzle like opening a bottle of pop does. This increases the potency of the remedy and is the secret of its efficacy in helping you to overcome your problem.

Please post the result after you have taken the remedy for 4 days.

Thanx very much for your kind reply. On my previous reply, I have started with Ruta, so is it possible that i continue the both or should i wait to finish that one?

Thanx again for sparing time for me.

Dear Doc,
One more thing, by going thru your mail, you said I have to put a drop of the drug in a bottle of water and bang it on my palm. But then you said to sip 1 tsp x3, so what happens to the bottled water with that drop of remedy? Am I to drink that during the day?

Sorry to have bothered you again.

Pls do reply...
Thanx again

The idea is to sip only one teaspoonful of the water 3 times daily instead of taking the dry dose of pellets.

It is the succussion each time that works the magic to cure the problem usually within 24 hours.

I am not qualified to be called "Doctor". I do however have about 25 years of experience in the use of Homeopathic Remedies but this new technique that I described in my last post is what I learnt from Dr Luc de Schepper who was in Sri Lanka a few weeks ago toi help the survivors of the Tsunami. He converted me to his method of using remedies which is a little more complicated that using the dry dose but which I discovered is far more effective.

Ruta is really better indicated. You can take it exactly as Joe recommends using the Rhus t

I have used Rhus Tox 1M but have no experience with using Ruta 1M for your ailment. However since Minsa is knowledgeable about its usage, you may use it and keep us informed with your progress.
