FAO Passkey : please give me your opinion on this
Dear PasskeyI wonder if you could give me advice on how I should progress, in the absence of Kuldeep here in the forum at the moment.
I have had acne in the past and have some mild scarring on my cheeks. Having followed all the posts on his advice I started taking Silicea 6c - i had some tablets already so i decided to try these before making my own.
This was about 3 weeks ago, and from the first dose I felt it resonate with me. I had breakouts of pimples , but quickly these dried up, and to my delight over these weeks my skin condition was improving, the scars seeming to 'fill up'. Not only that but constitutionally I think the Silicea was working with me, because i felt much stronger - more 'grit'- at my core.
Dosage wise, I've taken just 1 tablet at bedtime(2 when i was breaking out), but i have no idea how long to keep taking them for .
I am confused because Kuldeep recommended taking his home made silicea for up to two years in some cases as it is a slow acting rememdy, yet what i am taking is shop bought, and I doubt it's a good idea to take long term.
Also I read from Kuldeep that:
"Low potency medicine has immediate effect but it is temporary but if high potency medicine works its effect is about permanent. That's why I instruct patient to increase the potency gradually by diluting it."
I feel this applies to me now and that I need to change the potency to secure more permanent results but i don't know where to go as i haven't made my own stuff - do i buy higher or lower potency/dilution eg silicea 200 once a week?
Please advise as I'm confused as to how I should progress. I feel I should be entering a new phase with the silicea , i'm just not certain how to self-medicate on this !

my personal feeling is that you should go DOWN the potency scale
At least to start and use 3x which if you cant get from this site , try --

With this potency you can dissolve a couple of tablets in a half pint of pure spring water and each time you take a dose [quarter teaspoon] you can shake the bottle say ten times .
This changes the potency slightly , and originated in the 19th century. Every so often someone introduces it as a "new" proceedure.
Try this for a month and see how it goes .
It may be that as you 'felt' a difference on using the remedy , it is in fact a constitutional for you. If so then it may be worth shifting up the potency scale to say 1m. And go through the same proceedure .
ps I am off for about a week.
