rabies vaccinosis

Has anyone here had an animal that has gotten rabies vaccinosis from the vaccine? I believe my little dog has it. He ran out of the house and was picked up by the pound around May 1st, when we went to pick him up they said he had to stay to get his vaccines and microchip. So, we bought him home he had alot of sneezing the first week, the second week he started having throat spasms, then on Friday he chased my uncle and tried to bite him, Sunday he was getting serious with my husband while playing tug of war, and Monday he growled at my husband when he tried to pick him up. I am waiting for a homeopathy vet to call me tomorrow, I'm not even sure if I can afford a vet at the moment, but I know I have to do something for him. I was wondering if anyone has been through this with their animal and knew of anything I could buy or do to help relieve his symptoms until the vet calls? His symptoms are the following: restlessness at times, irritability, viciousness toward strangers and other dogs, nervousness, throat spasms, unusual affection. He was a normal, healthy, little dog til he went into the pound, does anyone have any advice?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
It sounds just like the remedy Lyssin made from the spit of a rabid dog. Can you get that remedy in 30c?

Thank you for the advice. I will check the local health food store. Will it still help him? He had the vaccines a month ago. Also, if this is rabies vaccosis, will he always have this or will it eventually go away?

It's hard to know for sure. Our understanding is that things like vaccines change the physiology, and this can often have a lifetime of consequences.
