This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
'-stool test report show infection'

The solution is obvious.

Consult a pediatrician and treat the infection. Also take steps to ensure that the cause of the infection is eradicated.

This cannot be done on a forum like the ABC without direct contact with the baby.

How do you explain away the fact that the stool test shows infection.

The causative bacteria must be identified and the necessary steps taken to eradicate it.

I wrote what the doctor said. This all concluded by the dr.

It seems to me that your doctors do not seem to know what they are talking about. If bacteria are identified in the stools ''-stool test report show infection' it is their duty to prescribe the drug usually an antibiotic to eradicate the bacteria.

Since you do not seem to have had any success with your friend's baby so far, I would suggest the obvious alternative:

Stop giving the baby '-first two days of birth givena -double tonned packet milk'

Why is the mother not feeding her baby with her breast milk?

I am sorry I already mentioned the baby took that milk for tow days after that the baby is exclusively on mother's feed. The cause of infection is mother's milk because the baby is almost month now and exclusively on breast milk.
Is there any cure for it?

OK

Let us start by giving the Mother Nat Phos 6x dose 2 tablets which she can take about an hour before feeding the baby. The idea is to ensure that the baby gets the Nat Phos through the mother's breast milk.

Report progress in 24 hours after starting on this therapy.
