Tricky Prescription

Respected doctors,

my father is 50 years old and suffering from lot of troubles.
he went to a local reputed homeopathic doctor. who had suggested the following medicine...(in alternative names)
1. leopard's bane 50M(2 doses)
daily in the morning for regularly(he is talking this for the last one and a half months)

2. p/oak 30
15 drops thrice

3. F/lime 6x
5 tabs thrice

4. resign of lignum vitae 1x
15 drops thrice

now the problem is that he has his own shop and selling medicine with so much price...

he is not trying to disclose the original names otherwise the patient will buy from other shops..

so can anybody interpret the meaning?????????//

and i would also like to ask is it ok to take 50M medicine regularly??????
what kind of problem is there in talking such a high dose medicine regularly???


some how i have googled the name and find the following (may be)

1. leopard's bane (arnica)

2. p/oak 30 (rhus tox)

4. resign of lignum vitae
(as guaiacum officinale)

but i fail to understand the meaning of F/Lime.

please help me in interpreting the meaning of the names.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is immoral behaviour on his part. You should stop going to see this doctor. Homoeopathic medicines are cheap and easily available to people. To be trying to make money from you in this way is reprehensible.

He is not even practicing homoeopathy correctly, in giving you so many medicines together, and in giving so many doses of 50m Arnica. This is dangerous prescribing, and I would not trust this man at all.

For your father's safety, I would suggest finding another more honest doctor. And preferably one that is actually trained properly in homoeopathic prescribing.
