GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION


1. What exactly happens?
I have been suffering Piles problem from last 2 years. This is common problem in my family. Last year I got married. At the very beginning it was bleeding and itching. Then I started taking Allopathic Treatment. I took Tab Normanal (Diosmin & Hesperidin) 500mg twice daily. After one month I got relax from it... but after some month it comes again... then I never took allopathic treatment because in the mean time I already heard about the bad side effect of Allopathic treatment. I was just controlling on my daily meal. Started taking fiber food. But my Piles problem never gone. It happens 3/4 times in a year. My piles often hang out from my anus. It feels a little polyp with extra loose skin near quarter inch at the end of anus. Now there is No bleeding and itching after taking homeo medicine from this forum. (present condition: It happening in every month and stay only for 1/2 days)

2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
I’m taking advice from this forum under Dr. Rahiq. 6 months gone. in every month I have to face this problem but in reduce condition. That means my piles problem cure little bit but not fully. Still in every 30-40 days I’ve to face it. Suddenly start paining at the end of my anal path. after 15-24 hours start bleeding. (6-10 drops fresh red color blood) then stop bleeding and start itching. it stay for 1 or 2 days (in this time a extra loose skin about half inch comes out from my anal path) and then gone within 3-4 days. All problems become invisible!!! only extra loose skin can visible but become less in size. About a quarter inches size always hangs out. This skin just looks like a skin of anus. But extra loose in condition. Normal times there is no pail and itching when I touch in this skin. But in sufferer times it seems just like a soft grapes and can not be touched for bad pain.

3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
Seating long time at same place, drinking less water . etc.

4. What creates some relief for the problem?
Seating in cold water, reduce some pain.

5. What triggers the problem into occurring?
Till not finding any specific causes. Because of it happening in every 30-40 days continually.

6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
When it occur, it clearly found on morning at toilet. Because I’ve a habit of morning toilet.

7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?
This problem started before 4-5 years ago. Our family has a tradition of spice or oily or junk food. Then in my University life I had to eat only burger/pizza on lunch time. So it also made bad for me. At the last year of my university life this problem started continually. Before 1 year I got married and my husband’s family is much health conscious. They never eat junk/spice food. So I think my problem becomes much reduce after joining this family.


*** Every time it plays in my mind that my anal path is thin than normal shape. When my stool becomes hard then anal path starts burning. In the time of problem when stool starts passing (though it is soft stool) it seems that some thing cutting my internal anal path!!!!!!!!!!! (This happens only on suffering time)


What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
In summer time my body's temperature is always high. I feel burning on whole body in heat of the summer. Summer time I take 2/3 time shower in a day. After shower I can feel better. Another in winter seasons my Palms and foots become so cool. That means I likes neither so hot nor so cool weather.

There is a very bad habit in me.. I never sit down any place without moving my lags. When I'm in bed for sleeping, I can't sleep without moving my lags, that means (lag dance)

I fears dark place. I can't stay alone in home or any place. Public place or gathering feels too much bother to me if there is none beside me. So I can't ride alone in Public Bus also.

I always fall in worry for normal things. This habit stands on me from my childhood. The moment or things that is normal to other gives me some tense. Now my husband always try to avoid this bad habit from me by motivation.

***What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

At the very beginning when this problem occurred it was just Pain and itching at the end of my anal. Then I took homeo medicine from the local homeo doctor in our country. After one month it turned in to bleeding(Homeo treatment was on going). When It becomes serious I started taking Allopathic medicine. then this piles problem was gone for 3 month. After that it becomes again. Last few days I took Homeo medicine again from this forum. Then bleeding, pain, itching was gone for few days. But comes again only with pain.

*** What major diseases are running in your family?

My Mom has a Tumor in her Brest. Piles problem is too much common in my family. My father, mother, sister, my ant-uncle all of them are in piles problem. So it is very common in my family.

My memory is sharp. But I forget about some little thing every time. Such as suddenly I can't remember where I put down my hair clip, my pen. But its not so seriourly.

*** My husband says, one of my big problems is that every time I got tension in my mind. Though it is a little thing but I start tension. Such as .....Some body tell me some thing..then I start tension = why he or she tell me thay, How can sh/he tell this?....In my family some one falls in little problem..If I know that I start tension how can he/she relief from that, what problems she/he might face...bla bla bla... That mean the subjects which should not be tens but I start tension about this.

*** When we (my mother, sister and me) laughing loudly for 2/3 minutes then start itching in throat. This is a clear indication of bronchial spasm.

I’m not a over smart girl, I’m religious minded and Asian. I’ve no over interest in sex life. Normal condition and complete happy with my husband.

>>> Describe your menstrual cycle
Fully normal. Always happening in time from start to till now.

I’ve a back pain. When I made my back side x-ray my orthopedic doctor said (after viewing this x-ray report) one of my back bone little bit unshaped (little bit) He also said it may be for lots of dancing in my childhood. May be I was felt down somewhere and never noticed about that. I’ve to avoid all kinds of heavy weight lifting works. I also can’t seat-down for long time.

Sir, last I was sick on 5-5-2011, I posted to brisbanehomeopath on 24-5-2011, but he started questing me. For his question & answer some days passed and I become recovered atomically. Now my problem not happening. But it will come after few days as mentioned earlier.

So can I start taking your suggest medicine?? or should waiting for start problem again.

Thanks sir, Thanks a lot for your kind suggestions. For your kind information>>> I already took Sulpher 200(one dose) after one month I took 1M (one dose) and then Thusa 1M(last time)which were prescribed Dr. Rahiq.

I'm suffering from last 3-4 years. 8/9 times bleeding in every year. bleeding and pain problem stay only 2-3 days in this period. After starting homeo from this forum pain and bleeding times become reduced but not cure permanently.

So please help me to solve this problem permanently.

After starting your suggested medicine till July 10, 2011 I was comfortable. But after July 8, my problem started again but in reduce condition. That means from last one week It little bit paining at the end of my anal path. The extra loose skin turns just like a soft grape. (In normal condition it not happens) No bleeding, no etching. Just pain inside on anal path & touchable round skin at the end of my anus (Just like a small rounded soft grape)

One new problem>>>> lower back pain also happening from last one month. When I standup from siting. It feeling bad pain at the end of my lower back side.(Its not regular problem, 2nd time happening in life) Is it any problem or normal???

I mentioned in my 1st post that this problem (piles) happening with me in every two month. That means, in every 60-90 days this problem occurs. But before starting homeo treatment(One year ago) the condition was very bad (itching, bleeding, bad paining etc.) but after starting homeo I'm feeling much better....

But there is a question always in my mind... I think you are the most senior doctor in this forum, so please tell me the truth.. Can I cure permanently by homeo???

No no no .... sir don't misunderstood me.

I've much confidence in your treatment. But you know, I'm suffering this problem for long times. And already took homeo treatment from my local doctor (in Bangladesh), but it was not so effective. After that I started taking treatment from this forum and got much improvement. So this silly question just played in my mind. Please never mind sir. You are just like my grand-father (You mentioned that you are now in 80) & my 2nd language is Bengali, so If I do any mistake in my writing please ignore those. Pray for my early recover.

Sir,

I'm ok now. Daily taking isabgol husk & remedy you suggested. No pain, itching, bleeding... Only visible a little extra loose skin at the end of my anus.

What should I do know????
Should I continue this medicine???? or whats the next steps???

Isabgol husk is natural...

Psyllium seed husks are the coats or outer coverings of psyllium seeds. Psyllium or also known as ispaghula or isabgol is a species of the plantago plant. The most common psyllium husks that are marketed are from the plantago ovata species or also known as blond psyllium which is primarily cultivated in West Pakistan and parts of India.
