to increase height
my son is 14 yrs old and his hieght is just 4'9. he is very skinny and has a very sensitive nature. what medicines could he use to help increase his hieght?many thanks

18 yrs of age is the last deadline for him to increase height.
1st & foremost exercise such as running jumping & cycling swimming are the best options for increasing height these should compulsorily be done along with medicines then only you get results.
Giving him constitutional remedy will only help him get results in his efforts BUT IF THERE ARE NO EFFORTS(EXERCISE) then I doubt you'll see results.
Describe him as a person his nature behaviour his attitude towards friends family etc anything you like to tell about ur son..... please dont exagerate.....

I am still not able to understand him as a person he keeps things to himself and overthinks a lot what do you mean by that?

To Dr. Yogesh,
what i mean by overthinks is for example when he plays football (with friends at park) and misses from scoring or saving a goal he will continuosly think through out the day about how bad he played. if he has a minor argument with some one he will take it as a really big thing but will never talk to anyone about it instead he will be quiet the whole day.

Does he give it back or will keep the anger suppresed?
Does he listen to whatever is told to him? Or is he Obstinate?

his anger is not at all violent but when angry stays quiet and gets upset. out of 10 i would rate him 7 (with 10 being the highest amount of anger). sometimes his anger stays through out the day and sometimes it goes away fairly quickly. after he is mad at someone and realises that it was his fault or he over reacted he does appologise. yes he does listen to what he is told.

Give him single dose of 3-5 drops of SILICEA 200C dilution in 15-20ml of water.
Give such dose once a week for one month
Daily exercise is neccesary.
