Thanks Sir,Got relief from cough n cold its over now.since last few days having slight pain in lower abdomin (r)and also feeling lack of drousiness,lithargic,ji michlata hai,stool is also not clear,sleep is also affected.cant work feels laziness.please advise

Thanks Sir,Took last dose of phop.on 13.11.14.unfortunatly couldnt got desired relief.since last 3-4 days wakesup around 4am all the day feels lazyness,pain in legs,burning in leg pads,lack of energy,around 8 am morning & 5-6 pm evening feels drousiness n sleepy,please advise.

Please take a single dose of Lycopodium 1M and see how that affects over 7 days. If no relief take three doses of Lachesis 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how that affects over 15 days.

Thanks for reply sir,Took lyco 1m on 24.11 n have to take lachesis on 5th dec.got a bit relief but still having bloating,expands towards back also stool is sticky sometimes,feels weekness,laziness,lack of energy.please advise.

Please take three doses of Sepia 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thanks for reply sir,Took sepia 200 as described by you,felt better for couple of days.now again having stomach prob.motion not clear,foul smell,bloting,unsound sleep,pain in lower abdomin (r)expands towards back,also having congetion in chest,while cough gas passes due to preassure.please guide

Thanks Sir,Got relief from carbo veg.200,started from 1 jan took upto 10th,then due to cough n cold have to take anti biotic for 5 days,again started from 16jan to 20 jan.now again having rattling cough with little sputom comes out,some times at the time of cough feels vertigo or senseless,gets tired while walking,foots are cold n of white colour.please guide .

sir,Due to teeth prob.have to take anti.biot.now since last ten days having cold n cough prob.when wakesup in morn.my both nostrils are choked with dry cough,while cough little hard green coulerd sputom comes,which is sticky/greasy.when ilye another side nostril gets dry,also having sleep prob.wakesup bet.3-5 am,feels constipated.please advise

Sir,have to take aurvedic med.tulsi for cold got bit relief but still nose is chocked also having stom.prob.feels full of gas,while walking sans phulti hai,gas expands from back,pain in (r)abdomin,wakesup bet.3-5 am and feels sleepy bet.4-6 pm.please advise sir waiting for ur reply.

Thanks a lot Sir,Got relief from cough/nose dryness now ok,even sleep also regularised.even stomach also better comperatively,but still requires to set.,leg pad burning,while lying stomach side gas passes,below ribs (r)feels heaviness,bloting.

Please don't take any remedy for the time being. If you have a significant relapse in your symptoms you should take calc carb 200 twice a day for 3 days as you did earlier.

Thanks for replysir,Repeated cal.carb.200.took last on 6/4/15.Stil having stom.prob.boul is not set sometimes bind s.times loose,pain in lower abdom.rt & lft.both sides sometimes expands towards back,after releasing gas its ok,confused weather stone prob.or due to gas.leg pads burn feels lithargic,sleeping stom.side comfortable,gas with foul smell.please advise

Please take Magnesia Muriaticum 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 10-15 days.

Please eat moong dal khichadi in the evening as dinner for 7 days. Take chilke wali moong dal and rice in equal proportion for cooking khichadi. No roti, no chawal.

Thanks Sir,Took mag.muir.200 from 21.4.15,got bit relief for about 4-5 days,again having bloting.stool is bind now but feels not clear after toilet,foul smell still continues,feels lithargic,leg pads still burns also feels pain in legs sometimes,stom.phula hua lagta hai.please advise sir.

You should eat plenty of salads, fruits and green leafy vegetable.

Please take Carbo Veg 200 in the morning and Nux Vomica 200 in the evening for 10 days and see how it works.

It seems you didn't like my suggestion for moong khichari.

Thanks Sir ,I always obey n f ollow ur advice,unfortunately moong dal line was left while viewing ur reply.today itself i took m.dal,butter milk etc,got much relief.But still i feel the digestion system is disturbed.
Thanks a lot sir will wait for another 2-3 days then only start recent pres.

Thanks Sir,for reply.Im continuing with moong dal khidiwith curd,not started c.veg/n.vomica.sir,i found after having milk or milk products stomach gets disturbed.i was diagnosed fattigue liver after ultrasound.presently have to go toilet for 4-5 times a day,feels pain in legs,lack of energy,should i start c.veg/n.vom.please advise.

Thanks sir,Itook card.mar.Q for 10 days then have to stop dew to not working of medecin.then got some throat n chest infection n took anti.biot.since last 1 month i have not taken any medicine alop./homeo.only started brushing tooth both times n also ate ample mangoes,stom.
was perfect,now i feel gas and heaviness after meals,at rightside expands to back,although motion is clear in morn.n also bind.sometime feels sweet pain in stomach.please advise.Thanks
