severe acne on forehead !!!
Hi I have severe acne on my firehead for last 6 months. Either it is allergic reaction to a homeopathic medicin or simply acne. The acne also run into hair line.Here is a link for how my acne looks like:

I am 30 years old female and have never had any major acne problems before.
Please suggest a cure!

I'm no doctor, but I'd say that's probably just acne. I have it too. Keep it clean and dry, preferably washing it a few times a day. Wipe down w/ rubbing alcohol after washing with soap and warm water to close the pores.

Oh, if your skin gets too dry from the washing and rubbing alcohol, I've found aloe vera gel to be very soothing for that.

I'm sure you're not supposed to use alcohol on acne or rub and wash it too much because if any of the acne is infected then surely you are rubbing the infection around. Also this is a superficial treatment, you need something that will help you from the inside too. There are other threads that I have read about acne I suggest you read them because some of the people claim to be cured of their ongoing acne and acne scars.

I have used Arnica for your problem successfully. The method to be used is to get this remedy in liquid form.
Get a 500 ml bottle of drinking water and decant 100ml from it. Put in just 1 drop into the water and bang it hard on your palm. You should observe that the water fizzles like when you open a bottle of soda. This is the method used in Homeopathy to potentize the water and this banging has to be done 3 times before you take a dose which is 1 teaspoonful twice daily.
You should observe that your acne disappears in a week and the bonus is that Arnica also promotes the growth of hair and also promotes deep sleep if taken last thing at night.
No coffee, cola drinks and any preserved meats like ham bacon sausages which contain saltpeter.

If you cannot get Arnica 6c in liquid form, you may use 3 pellets of the remedy which should be perhaps be more freely available.

Also, sudden onset suggests stress. Have you been stressed lately, Simoune42? try meditation to reduce stress levels, that might help too.
After a couple weeks, if there's no change or it gets worse, see a dermatologist.

I am no doctor but i know a girl who has suffered from this. She was reading Seventeen magazine when she came upon an article that said using Apple Cider Vinegar will help get rid of acne. So she had forehead acne too and tried it. Within a few days i started seeing results. Her acne scars started getting lighter in shade, and he acne stopped appearing. You should try this and I am also.
