hypothyroidism

My wife is suffering from hypothyroidism.the major symptoms are
1. excessive heat on face with heavy sweating.
2.heavy menses with clots
3.highly obstinate and feels irritable if someone contradicts her
4.speaks harshly if someone say something bad to her
5 cannot tolerate even small critical remarks.
