Bartholin gland cyst(abscess)

Hi,
I have been suffering from this bartholin glad cyst for years now.It usually occurs in summer before my periods.Specially if i start exercising.As soon as I start cycling after few days the cyst occurs and develops into abcess which is very painful.I dont want to get operated.
Please tell me the medicine to cure as well as prevent the cyst.
