ill effects of over masturbation

hi doctor,, i had a bad habit of masturbation for 7 years..im facing many side effects and they are really depressing..please help me.i have stopped for the last 6 months..but ssymptoms persist.

salp--very itchy dandruff premature baldness severe hairfall,thinning, white scales,very dry. small painful eruptions behind ears on hairline all over

head-headaches, low concentration, very bad memory, easily irritated angry, sad ,suicidal, want to be left alone,low confidence,,low self esteem,depression ( took western meds for 2 years)

face--bad dark circles, pimples/acne/scarring, beard thinning, sinus ,eyeballs painfull tired, face very depleted no energy

heart/lungs..lungs cannot expand,heart palpitations, heart races when walking up stairs,difficulty breathing,tightness in chest,

digestion..poor digestion,incomplete and small stool, light brown sometimes reddish brown stools,,unhealthy looking. undigested food. bloating upon eating very little..bad flatulence.assimilation problems

pain .. massive pain in feet soles ankles heels calves thighs and knee joints,neck shoulders ..all through body inflammation..middle of back and spine very painful.burining sensation on spine.and tail bone,,very bad

sexual organs..erectile dysfunction.weak erections , premature ejaculation.no more spontaneous erections.penis became smaller..semen very thing..not much ordor.

body,,excessive sweating even if it isnt hot.underarms.very bad ordour of sweat..after exercising sweat smells like strong ammonia.very pungent.constant fatigue..even after 10 hrs of sleep..whole body tired..and bad numbness of body.pins and needles feeling through out body.and photophobia.cant see sunlight..keep procrastinating on things to do..cant complete work..used to be top student in class.now i cant concentrate..please help me..
