cold and sinus

i have been suffering from a bad cold and congestion in sinuses for the past 3 weeks. worse when i lie down and in cold dry climate like in an ac room

this problem of sinus and cold with blocked nose has plagued me for years. i am fine till i get the cold and once i do it stays for a month

please suggest something to relieve the congestion in sinuses and for the cold to stop
