Ear Infection

Homeopathic remedy Pulsatilla Negricans was recommended for my 2 year old's right ear infection. How should remedy be applied - in liquid form, directly into ear? Or pill form, by mouth?
Thank you
Lisa

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pills are the normal way of taking homeopathic remedies, so try those first.

If he spits them out, or refuses to take them, then a few drops of liquid remedy in his drink would be the next option.

Creams can be applied directly to skin complaints, but you wouldn't normaly apply a liquid dilution to the skin for the simple reason that it won't stay there very long.

Putting cream directly in his ear would obviously be a bad idea as it would be difficult to get it out again. A liquid dilution in the ear wouldn't be quite as bad as a lotion in the ear, but internaly is the best way to take them.
