The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Homeopathy is not a cosmetic treatment.

In many cases I am finding that people by & large are asking for various types of cosmetic corrections in the body, like increasing the height, longer hairs etc., face-llft and so on.
Let me clarify this point here that homeopathy is NOT a system which will be able to help for such things.
It is a Internal constitutional correcting system, which sets right the disturbed vital force at the mental & physical level of a person & helps in getting over the diseased condition to healthy condition.
For all these cosmetic corrections may be the surgery can help.I hope my other respectable doctor friends on the forum may comment on my humble opinion.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have been saying this since I started posting on the forum. But there are always people willing to take advantage of those who want to believe otherwise.

If the person is unwell and the wrinkles are a part of that, for instance a young person looks much older than they should - then yes constitutional treatment can reverse it. Scars that have not healed correctly as well, over time, can be healed, again as long as the deep acting remedy has been given. However there are not 'wrinkle remedies', any remedy can reverse premature aging. What homoeopathy cannot do is reverse natural aging.

Cellulite is just fat, fat only goes when you diet and exercise. People try to medicalize fat by giving it that name but it isn't a disease it is a normal bodily function related to lifestyle.

But as we are saying, homoeopathy is not cosmetic. There are all sorts of health benefits to being prescribed your simillimum, your 'constitutional' remedy. A healthy system will correct all sorts of problems. But you cannot just take a 'breast enlargement' remedy or a 'fat reduction' remedy. That is not how homoeopathy works. This is the point we are trying to make.

Cellulite is just fat deposits with a particular shape of the connective tissue that surrounds it. It isn't a disease, but normal for women (men have a different shape for the connective tissue).

thank you dr.kampson & girl2010, for your discussions & adding to my knowledge.
in my opinion, curing of cellulite again depends on causation of it. if it is due to injury or surgical intervention etc. then there is one set of medicines that will work & in case if it is since birth then some other type of constitutional remedy may be required.but change in the physiology like color, shape of any organ etc. is not possible.

Subsequent to my earlier post let me point out that many of young boys & girls are victim of inferiority complex about their genital & breast size being small respectively & they expect that Homoeopathy will help.
Let me clarify that there is no reason whatsoever, for them to feel bad about it till functionally they are normal.
Let me quote an example about a person who lost his right arm down below the elbow in an accident 6 yrs back & when I recently asked him about how much does he miss his arm, to my utter surprise his reply was may be twice or thrice in last 6 yrs.when someone asked me about the accident. So my dear youths there are many many important things in life which needs your attention than to worry or feel about all these small so called 'deficiencies.' I wish you understand me in right prospective.
