This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If he has followed the therapy I have prescribed for Diabetes precisely as prescribed, it is likely that he falls into the 20% category of patients whose Diabetes is not sensitive to Arnica 6c.

You stated:
'ihave given wet dose of arnica6 (3 doses) for two days'

If you mean that he has taken only 3 doses within the period of 2 days, this may be the reason as the standard dosage is 1 teaspoonful or a capful taken 3 times daily. He can even increase the dosage to 4 times daily to see if this helps.

Let him take Arnica for 2 more days and if his BS level does not respond he will be compelled to return to the Metformin he was using which unfortunately has other side effects when used for extended periods on the liver and kidneys.

He must also exercise regularly for at least 45 minutes and drink at least 3 liters of water or other liquids.

His BS level seems to have dropped by 6mm from 142 to 136 using Arnica 6c.

Since you seem keen on using Arnica 30c in the Wet dose you can give it to him and report if it helps to bring down his BS level better.

You may keep it refrigerated but it is not necessary at all.
