23 y/o experiencing extreme hair shedding/loss

About a year ago I noticed that my hair had started to thin, I figured that it was because I dyed my hair too much. So I stopped dying my hair. It didn't seem to help at all. A few months ago- it started to get worse. My hair would fall out while I was sitting around, I felt like I was always picking hair off of things. I also found that after showering there was more hair than usual in the drain. There is no history of hair loss in my family. In fact, everyone in my family has had thick hair well into old age. So, I'm pretty confident that it's not heredity. The places that are effected the worst- from what I can tell- is close to the front of my head, and spots in the back. I'm able to see more scalp than usual and of course that is starting to freak me out. My hair is a lot thinner lately and it seems that the strands also feel thinner as well.

Here's more about my health and life style;

I recently lost close to 32lbs, putting me at 133- which is perfectly healthy weight for my height. I do still work out often, mainly cardio.

My main beverage is water. I occasionally drink almond or soy milk and sometimes sweet black tea.

My menses are completely normal. No children, no birth control.

As far as health problems, I've always had migraines. They have eased up a lot since I have started working out. I still have them but they aren't as bad. No history of any major illnesses or injuries. Just the occasional cold. I used to have really bad acne, which is now cleared up.

Since I find that my diet is lacking, though lately I'm trying to make more of an effort to eat better. I take a few supplements;

Nature Made Multivitamin for women that includes but isn't limited to; biotin, pantothenic acid, iron, calcium, zinc, folic acid, vitamin E.

Vitamin A
Flax Seed Oil
B-complex
Occasionally Gingko Biloba
Glucosamine/MSM for occasional joint discomfort after working out.
Vitamin C
Occasional Ibuprofen

I've followed my vitamin routine very carefully, making sure not to over take anything.
As far as my hair, I've stopped chemically treating it, stopped using heat appliances, changed to a gentle shampoo, tried rubbing my scalp to increase blood flow...

It's NOT my thyroid, I'm sure of that. I have a normal amount of stress. Lately it's over the loss of my hair. Last year we had 5 separate deaths in the family over the span of four months- it was really stressful but my hair loss started before those incidents and remained unchanged through the emotional stress.

As of this moment, I have a normal amount of stress, the main cause being my hair.

I tried to include everything that I can think of...any kind of suggestion on homeopathic routes would be appreciated greatly.
