I am located in USA and read your prescription of Selenium for ED.I appreciate this advice that you gave to a patient, that has been objected to by Murthy.
My humble advice to Murthy is that he should relize that what Pankaj says is so true. People want immediate helpful advice even if it is not based on the case study but is based on a doctor's experience.
It is helpful.
Murthy, please step back and please realise what you are trying to do is not benefitting any body.
Take for instance my case, of a person sitting in USA. I find Pankaj's attitude helpful, and if I feel necessary I can get into the exercise that you suggested. But to begin with Pankaj's approach is so right and helpful.
By the way I have a very experienced doctor who advises medicines to me without knowing any details and 4 out of 5 times his prescriptions work out accurate.I buy his prescribed medicines here.
So, his experience counts.
Pankaj, thank you, please carry on your good work. Do not be distracted by negative criticism.
In USA, being positive and helpful is the way of life and you are appreciated.

Thank you for your first post on the ABC Forum and for the advice to Gavini Murthy who was the doyen of the Classical school of Homeopathy but is not active anymore on this forum.
It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that Pankaj Varma expired a few months ago. We all miss his presence on the ABC.
You may like to know that both Pankaj and I are not qualified classical Homeopaths as it is not our profession. We have both been very old members of this and other Homeopathic Forums where we use our own interpretation of the classical rules to help patients who post here and elsewhere. We both have based our therapy on our own experience which unfortunately is not acceptable to classically trained homeopaths who blindly follow the diktat of the founders of Homeopathy who lived over 200 years ago.

Joe, how do I take advantage of your advice about ED. This ED is the side effect of a BP medicine Atenolol that I consumed regularly for last number of years.
Last week doctor agreed and changed the medicine. However. I would like Homeo treatment to undo this damage and lead a normal life of a senior citizen.
Could I keep our conversation private?

I presume that you suffer from Hypertension and perhaps some Cardiac problem for which your doctors prescribed Atenolol which seems to have backfired and caused ED.

PS: I did try out the online Remedy Finder and it suggested two remedies a) Lycopodium b) and Angus Castus.
I tried Lycopodium-200 two drops once a day, and it helped. By the way I had also taken Selenium-200 2 drps once a day; a day before on suggestion of the post of (late Pankaj Verma).
So, I would say this combination of Lycopodium -200 and Selenium 200 worked quite effectively one day atleast so far.
My concern is that I am not experienced, and therefore can not decide the therepy as such.
I am open minded person and would like to go by your advice in the matter.
I generally respond to homeo medicines quite quickly.
Could you comment on a medicine DAMIANA-Q (or 200) for ED.
