Thanks sir for sharing such a useful information. Many of us taking 'Calcium tablets' as daily supplement, specially after 30 years. But in allopathiy it has some side effect!!! As doctor Deshlok Sharma (Experienced doctor of this forum) 'in allopathy if you will take calcium for grow of bone it will harm you in heart and calcium deposit will cause of renal calculi and gall stone. and it will effect in systolic and diastolic character of Heart. calcium user -Be care full'

So we can easily take 'CALC PHOS 6x' as Calcium Supplement.

detoxifying human body is also a very common issue. everyday our body produce some toxin.

so is there any remedy available in homeopathy which can safely detoxify our human body???

One may take 3 pellets in the morning and evening for 7 days and then again resume after a gap of 7 days. This may be done for maximum 6 months.

Detoxifying is a big subject and one can address that by following a holistic approach including life-style changes, breathing exercises, homeopathic treatment etc.
