Nose problem

Dear All,
My cousion brother aged 25yrs went for an operation. He was having problem with his nose. As per the update i had his inner bone and unwanted skin had grown to a extent which blocked his breathing, hence he was operated for the this problem, to make passage for breathing.

What is this Problem ?
Was it possible to avoid operation if Homeopathic treatment was given to him?
What are the chances that the problem may again reoccur?
What medicine can be given to patient with such sought of problem ?
