Eczema - Need Advice

Hi,

I have came up to this forum to seek advice for my wife who is suffering from Eczema from the past 10 years. It started with a little reddish spot on her arm and the Doctor gave her steroids which lessen the spot at first but after that she has worst blackish spots at different parts of her body. Mainly it is on arms, chest, lower back, shoulders and hips. She has difficulty in sleep due to itching while sweat and heat makes it unbearable for her. She is not suffering from any other major disease. However, mood aversions takes place due to eczema. Usually by applying olive oil/petroleum jelly lessen the itching for the time being but the skin is usually dry and rough and absorbs oil.

Her age is 28 years.
She is a mother of a child.
Weight is 90 kg.
Height is 5'8'.

I am anxiously waiting for the remedy of this problem. Please advise.
