This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
no, it is not.

You keep asking the same questions over and over.

I assume you don't believe me when I keep answering them.

Direction of Cure states cure will move from the centre to the periphery. If you experience relief of symptoms in the mental and general level, but aggravation on the physical level, then yes this would probably be considered the right direction. Skin aggravating while mental symptoms disappear, would be usually accepted as a good sign.

I often notice that for a short while on good remedy, a patient may mention that they have 'too much' energy that can interfere with sleep. As long as this is not a new symptom being created, then I often consider it a good indication as well.

Direction of cure is judged by looking at a case though, not just applying broad rules. What can seem good direction in one case, may not be so good in another.

Well forgetting is ok lol. As you can see I never really mind answering the questions.

Bad dreams only mean something if they stay as part of the case generally. They could be proving symptoms, or old symptoms.

have u ever tho seen a case where while on a remedy the person felt much better mentally calm stable

but it actually caused suppression of the disease in the long run?

or is this not possible at all?

If the mental state is nothing to do with the disease, then yes that could happen.

You could suppress the skin condition and have it reappear in the stomach or the lungs. It may never go near the mental state.

If the mental state was part of the disease, and it improves, but something new appears, then it is likely that a partial similar was given.

Suppression doesn't have to have anything to with the mental state. Suppression just means one set of symptoms disappears and a new set appears in a worse location.

If suppression continues, then it is likely to eventually create a negative impact on the mental sphere. How long that takes to happen is variable.

It isn't your responsibility to watch direction of cure, it is your homoeopath's.

You would know if you developed new symptoms.

I cannot judge what is good or bad in your case. You are talking in vague and general terms. Your homoeopath needs to talk to you about those things, since they have taken your case and would be constantly reassessing your reactions and symptoms. Go back to them and ask for guidance. If you don't trust them stop taking advice from them.

Suppression is usually permanent unless cured with another remedy, or it might render you incurable. Suppression can permanently damage your health if it happens.

Palliation is usually temporary.

Cure is also permanent but it is a positive change rather than a negative one.

You will know if you are being cured because you stop thinking about whether you are being cured or not - you just go on with you life and worry less about your symptoms, since they are much better. True cure is forgetting you were sick.
