problem with alimentary canal
I am male. 41 years old.I have the following problems:
1) Belching
2) Acidity
3) Diarrhea
4) Flatulence
5) White tongue
6) Greasy feeling on tongue
7) Slimy sticky phlegm
8) Sore gums
9) Inflammation in mouth
10) Dull pain in belly, left side.
All these symptoms are aggravated with tea and milk.
Someone please help me.

a. When is the belching worse? Is it persistent all the time?
b. Anything that makes the acidity better or worse?
c. Explain the nature of diarrhoea
d. Please explain the greasy feeling on the tongue.
e. What colour is the phlegm
f. Please explain the inflammation in the mouth
g. Is there any thing that relieves or worsens the pain in the belly?
h. How long have you been suffering from these problems? Can you relate these problems to some events in your life?

The belching is worse after meals. It is not persistent.
I feel like eating curds to alleviate the acidity.
Diarrhea once in the morning, feels like hot lava.
The tongue feels like it is coated with fat.
The phlegm is whitish, maybe a little light green or light yellow.
The mouth feels like I drank boiling water.
The pain in the belly on left side gets better after belching.
These are problems that have accumulated over the years.
I look forward to your remedy.

I am currently unemployed.
I have a Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
I have recently taken homeopathic medication for stress realted problems and have been cured almost completely.
I just ate some restaurant food and the after-taste of the food is in my maxillary sinus. I have lived with this problem all my life.
Also, my hair is thinning with grey hairs in my moustache.
I recently discovered I had above normal blood sugar for which I am taking again homeopathic medicines. It is under control.

Please take three doses a day of Nitric acid 30c, each dose separated by three hours, for three days and let me know of your condition after that.
One dose is 2 pills / drops of the remedy taken on tongue.
