Treatment for swollen nodes

I have been suffering from painless swollen lymph nodes, not physically suffering but mentally. There is still no diagnosed reason for lymphadenopathy yet I have enlarged nodes in my neck, under my jaw, armpits and groin. I went to an herbal/homeopathic/curandero pharmacy in my hometown Tijuana, Mexico and picked up some sugar dissolving tablets called Gliser57 Inflamacion ganglionar (Nodular inflammation. I was prescribed 6 tablets every 3 hours. The pills contain Calcarea carbonica 30x
Calcarea fluorica 30x
Silicea 30x

Ive only taken 6 of these as of yet, any input or thoughts on this formula if it will help my nodes or not. Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please stop taking the tablets if you have any fresh problems cropping up after taking the remedy.
If you don't have any such problems in the course of taking the remedy, you may continue with the remedy and report back after 15 days as to how it affected your swollen nodes.
All these remedies have marked influence on swollen nodes.
