9. List of your complaints-
a. get repeated attacks of acute diarrhea. burning in stomach sometime after diarrhea.
b. cutting pain in abdomen. rumbling and growling in stomach.
c. stool after eating or drinking.
d. pulling pain in back of thighs and calves when stomach affected.
e. intake of milk, banana, groundnut, sweets affects my abdomen adversely. also unstoppable .

10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint-

a. get repeated attacks of acute diarrhea. burning in stomach sometime after diarrhea--> currently and for the last 7-8 years. Or whenever my abdomen gets affected.

16. What exactly is happening?
my abdomen has become very weak. i feel loss of digestion. i cant eat whatever i like. and if i do so, i get unstoppable diarrhea. also, my immune is very weak. i get infections very easily from my surroundings and weather.


17. How do you feel?
helpless and restricted. i feel why i should suffer very frequently.
18. How does this affect you?
badly. i fear moving in the crowd because i may get a viral infection easily. i fear eating outside because my abdomen may get upset. i fear rapid changes of weather. i dont like to suffer sore throat Or allergic rhinitis.

19. How does it feel like?
restricted & restrained. must be careful always.
20. What comes to your mind?
i fear darkness when am alone. i cant sleep alone in the dark because i feel suddenly one of my dead relative will appear before me. So, i keep light & T.V on in my bedroom during whole night if i must sleep alone and nobody at home. i can only sleep with the doors of my bedroom shut & T.V switched on. however this does not happen if someone is present with me. i also fear dead body or graveyard. i fear heights. during childhood i used to be fearful while riding a giant wheel.

21. One situation that had a
big effect on you?
maybe during childhood when i saw last rituals done to the dead body of my grandmother. i fear dead bodies or graveyard.

22. How did that feel like?
very fearful.
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation?
i fear the dead. i cant sleep alone at night if one of my relative or a neighbor dies.

24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand- my habits- i take long hours of shower bath (3-4 hour) during late night. I use soap excessively & frequently. I use shampoo on head daily. I wash my hands very frequently. white marks of soap are always present on my arms & legs even after washing due to soap overuse. If i go out of home and on return i must take bath or i feel miserable.
i am awake at night and sleep in the early hours of morning. i sleep till evening (3-4 pm). take dinner at night & no lunch. i try to drink 2 litre of toned milk at night daily & eat 200 gm of peanuts in the evening or whenever possible. in the past i used to consume raw eggs which i have stopped.


25. Current and previous remedies/medicines you are taking or took in the past?-

currently am taking no medication.
in the past i used to take alot of antibiotics & almost daily to treat frequent ENT infections (tonsilitis, pharyngitis, common cold etc.). For the last one year or so, i have totally stopped antibiotics.

homeopathy- i used to visit homeopath dr. pavuluri krishna choudary at hyderabad from august 2008 to september 2010. medicines given by him include ars iod., ars alb, merc sol, rhus tox, carbo veg, aloes, coloc & maybe some other which he never disclosed to me even after my repeated request. he used to prescribe monthly. he was disinclined to reveal any information to me. sometimes i used to respond to his cure and not at other times. therafter i started self treatment by taking homeopathy medicines in 200 c potency on a daily basis.

FYI i have stopped homeo medicines for the last 15 days.



26. Family Background- father, mother, & a mentally challenged elder brother.
27. Educational Qualifications of the patient- 12th grade passed. entered college but couldn't complete graduation. was weak in studies.

28. Nature of work, what do you do for living?
am jobless & dependent on my parents with whom i live. they are worried about me.

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food- i like fried potatoes, fried lady finger, fried colocasia, milk, peanut, spicy snack, banana.

30. Name of foods which increase your problem-
milk, banana, peanut, cream biscuit, spicy food.



31. Mind- am an introvert. dont make friends easily. am confined to myself. i am a loner. my behaviour is normal. my anger is beyond control. though am not easily angered but there are instances when my anger blows out of proportion. for example while driving, when someone hits my car on the road, i try to beat the offender. likewise when someone disobeys me even when am correct or trying to irritate me, my anger is beyond control. there is great distress & violence in my mind during anger. i dont like superficial behaviour. i get sad when people misunderstand or undermine me.

am very particular about cleanliness and require clarity to great extent. i try to get into details meticulously.

am easily irritable especially when am correct & others are wrong.
i am not hurried. on the contrary, i am slow & sluggish. am habitual to sedentary life.

am impulsive & indecisive in certain matters.for e.g in choosing right medicines for my symptoms, choosing articles etc.

i fear like public speaking. am an introvert & don't like company.

i love my mother. also, i love dogs.


32. Aggravation- (increases-time, season,)- early day time Or late night.
cold damp weather, rainy season, winter, extreme summer, thunderstorm, pollen dust, air pollution, physical strain, milk, banana.

36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.- currently color of urine is dark yellow, stools are semi solid & dark brown, sputum is yellow, saliva is white. my sweat is foul smelling.
