remedy please!

hi,
my age is 18, height is 5.0 ft, weight is 62 kg. Could u suggest me a remedy for the folowing
1) i want to loose weight however i find it a little hard to do so. Whenever i am asked to do any physical work ( like in which i have to be activve and alert) i get irritated or simply ignore it.
2) when i run or do any physical exercise though even a little a start panting and gasping likei am too tired. This should not be the case in this active age of
mine right!
3) i over sleep a lot and i am ever ready to sleep.
4) when my surroundings are too cold i at times feel severe pains in my leg from the knee to my feet this happens not so often and always at night.

You have missed telling us are you a girl or a boy?

You have already included answer to all your questions, in your statements.
1. You will have to do hard work & do not procrastinate.Simple rule is calories out should be more than calories in.
2.Sleep is required for rest to the body & mind, but over of it is poison.
3.If you have good & fresh exercise outdoors you will not feel cold surroundings.Leg pains are due to body wt.
Get up & be active.Good luck.

Yes, I do not feel you need any medicine .
In stead a good workout, exercise & proactive life with a super ordinate goal
is your treatment to yourself.
A human Life is a very precious God's gift. Live it fully with love for self & others.

thanx...can u suggest me some good and effective exercises for loosing weight?
I have got kind of a busy schedule so id prefer u suggesting me some exercise which i can do easily indoors. Nevertheless i have got enough space to exercise at home
whats the time i should sleep orr for how much tym shud i sleep?
And wen shud i exercise ?(morning evening?)
and not to forget i am a gal! :)

Hello frozen hail,
Your very willingness to exercise & control sleep & food itself shows that you are very much willing person & I am sure you can certainly do it.
1. Regarding exercise since you have a very tight time schedule I would suggest you to buy an ergometer. i.e., static cycle & paddle on it for at least 10 minutes in morning & 10 min in the evening, before dinner.But you must do it very regularly.To avoid boredom during exercise you may put on your favourite music.
2. As for the food you may add lots of fruits & vegetables in your meals & reduce sweet & fats ( Butter Ghee Etc). If you take non-veg food fish would be best.

3. Now reg sleep I feel Max of eight hours should be enough. May be going to bed by 10-00PM & up by 6-00 AM.
To start with you may feel a bit of laziness & discomfort but within a week's time you will be bubbling with energy & freshness.
4. Finally, if you can add a session of brisk walk for 20 minutes at least twice a week & conversing with God like a friend during this walk it will be great.
