Loose / heat sensitive 2 lower front teeth

My mother who is in her late sixties has 2 lower front teeth that are loose and also when she drinks something hot in temperature she gets sensitivity. Please help me as in the UK.

Hi, My mother have the same problem but her teeth is cold water sensitive and her 3 upper front teeth is became loose! which drug can I use ? please reply something..
