Gout/arthritis a home remedy may be helpful too.

Hi all,

Though the group has a lot of erudite practitioners who have really great experience in treatments. But i was just thinking to share a home remedy tested by my friend for gout pains.

its cheap and simple...Take one bowl full/around 25 to 30 cherries a day can help lower the uric acid level. This is something that i found on net and when we applied it we really were happy to see the results...
But ofcourse some medical treatment is must.(Homeo/alo etc)
