Bach Flower Medicine Potencies- Plz Advice

I am advised to take back flower remedies walnut and white chestnut, to break my habit of masturbation which is causing several serious problems.
When i purchased them, the chemist gave me walnut 30 and white chestnut 30, i want to know whether this is standard potency and should i continue with same dosage of 2 drops of each twice a day, if not what is standard potency and what should be the dose??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There is nothing like potency in Bach Flower remedies.
However in India due to certain legal bindings these are sold as Homoeopathic med with 30c potency.
I feel the dosage suggested is right & you can take without any fear or problem.
I assume that you are from India.

If they are the homoeopathic medicines made from the same plants the bach flowers are made from, then they will have different effects. There can be more side effects and aggravations for one thing. I would suggest trying to get the proper bach flower preparations rather than taking homoeopathic ones.

Dr. Kampson,
You are right, but in USA & UK these are not given as potency medicines. But in India though it is given from the same stock bottle but due to certain Govt. restrictions on duties etc these are sold with just a name sake potency of 30c.but they are actually the flower remedies.
In case vivek77 is in India or got these medicines from India then it IS genuine & can be taken without any doubt.
Vivek to please note this.If you have got these from USA or UK then it will not be labeled with any potency.
Hope this clears your doubt.
