Penis Elargement
Dear Dr. Im 25yr old. I do have small penis as 3', when erected it become 4.5'.and i am also suffering fromNight emission only when I got sexy dream( ejeculate immediately).after Night emission my penis become as before,small..
also when i got so much excited ,semen comes out..Also i have gas problem..
I need a permanent solution..So that my penis become at least 5.4' & i can hold semen longer & Night emission will stop..
