idepathic chronic urticaria

Dear Doctor,
I am suffering from this terrible idiopathic Chronic Urticaria for the past six months. I have tried several Dermatologists, qualified homepaths,Ayurvedic physicians,and Siddah specialist. but I am yet to find a cure for this ailment.
The symptoms are wheals, bumps with heat and heavy itching. they appear on and off and I have to take this antihistamine tabs, steroid tabs to control them. I was given steriod inkection also two or three times.
High profile lab tests along with all type of blood tests show only negative.
Now I am planning for a Lab tests fir finding out the the exact cause of this problem. There is an allergy clinic in General Hospital, Chennai where they were doing this test earlier. But now they informed me that this test has to be done with outside agencies which would cost around Rs.12,000.
I am in dilemma to go for this test. Even if it is done, will it be useful for solving my problem.
Now I want to take the following medcines
Apismel,Urtica urens and Net mur on hearing from you.

1. Tellurium-30 6 pills 3 times a day
2. Rhus Tox-30 6 pills 3 times day
Keep 30 to 40 minutes distance between above two.

Will you please confirm that the permanent cure for the Chronic urticaria is Apismel, Urtica uren Q and Nat mur.
as suggested by you in a case in the forum.
In the meanwhile, I will try Tellurium and Rhustox as suggested by Mr.R.P.Tamhankar.
