Fever and sore throat

My 9 yrs son got fever and sore throat. He was outside whole day in the sun then in the evening he was complaining of headache and tiredness. Next day he was tired and c/o headache when i took his temp its was 100.7 ,today morning he is telling of pain in the throat . now he has low grade fever ,sorethroat and no appetite . Please advise medicine for him. Thank you.

Dear Kumar,

1)Aconite 30.(3 doses in a day, morning-afternoon-night).

One dose means:
Use the medicine in liquid dilution form, 1-2 drops in some 2 sip mineral water.

Please do update your childs progress.
