Dear ScraftIndia,

What medicine you take for your Hypertension ? is it allopathic? How much is your BP count ?

As of now gently apply Arnica ointment on the pain area and rub it till medicine disappears. Wrap/cover the area with cotton bandage. Do this before going to bed.

Let me know the progress.

Regards,
Nikkie.
