Help! My nose is keeping me awake
I am not sure if I am having allergies or if I am getting a cold, but for the last 3 nights I can not sleep due to a blocked nose. It is mostly my right side. I do have some congestion, but notenough to cause the blockage--it as if my nasal passages are swollen. I sleep with several pillows under my head, but that only helps minimally. In the morning when I clear my nostrils in the shower, the mucous is white, not clear. Sometimes I can sit up for a bit and the nasal passage will unblock enough for me to nap. Laying down defintely makes it worse! Thank you in advance.
