There is so much heat on this forum. I admire your concerted efforts to at least try to cool down the things. At the same time, being a patient, I would request all the esteemed members of the forum to maintain calm as it gives a very negative effect on the minds of the patients, who visit here to find solutions to their problems, but presenting them a confronting picture, is, in no way, a solution.gkumar on 2011-09-14

Feeling very depressed from yesterday. Nikkie has rightly said, I should have followed the protocol of this forum. Dont worry, I QUIT from this esteemed forum and before quitting, would like to say something. Though I have already posted all my details on the forum and you all know that I am a patient of chronic headache, yet something more to add. I am working in PR & Advertising Department of a State Government and, therefore, have enough sense of protocol. I have written a number of articles and write-ups for journalists, apart from preparing press-releases and messages for various dignitaries, including the Chief Minister, Ministers, etc. Despite having such an unending-headache, I manage all my responsibilities at home as well as in office properly and with utmost sincerity, though with some difficulty. Having going through these tough times with serious health problems, even I was able to imagine the mental torture of the patients (to name a few - KeyLove and badshah19), but the members did not, I think due to protocol.
My post is on the top of this thread, which, I think, speaks nothing wrong about defeating the protocol of this forum, especially after seeing the conversion of the members in some of the threads posted by patients KeyLove and badshah19 to find solutions to their problems. Even the moderator had to intervene. I had really become a strong admirer of Nikkie, who used to post unwarranted, but very thought-provoking threads at various occasions (in my case too), when she threatened a chance of conflict. Although there was no emergency in my treatment-case yet I felt more emergent and conflicting situation than my treatment, thats why this thread was initiated. And, I had nothing to do with that, as it was not for me at all, but my main aim was to just impress upon the members to maintain some calm so that the patients are no more disturbed, who are already in trouble and have come here to find solutions and this kind of solution and protocol will definitely ruin them completely.
