Dr, Nawaz I stopped arnica 30C and I slept better last night. I am taking sepia 30C for 5 days. this is my second day.

I am shaking the bottle before mixing with mineral water( 2 sips )and then mixing it thoroughly and taking it all.

Yes, I still feel feverish. first day when I took arnica even my head was warm and most body parts was feeling like some hotness coming out of it aslo was sleepless.BUt those symptoms are gone now.
except feverish it is still there.

And at first day of sepia i felf soreness on right and left corner of lower abdomen. but it was gone on same day.

Alhamdulillah, my mental situation is fine. sleep is fine, stomach is fine by the grace of Almighty and through your medicines.

I am still having heavy milkish white discharge.

My diarrhea is stopped but inconvenience after eating and forming lot of gases in stomach.

Also, since yesterday I am feeling pain in my temples, especially right side.

I had enough sleep last night and today.

sorry to bother you again. I felt I need to tell you more about myself. since homeopathic remedies relies on the persons personality and symptons. I thought I didnot do well earlier with your questions. so, i am giving you little more info about me.

I am continuing on sepia 30c( liquid) 3 times a day.

the good effects of it is diarrhea stoped and white discharge decreased.
other effects are :
I am feeling constipation since 3 days. My apetite is increased but not thirst. I am not feeling thirsty.
I am eating enough still cannot gain any weight and I look very tired and dizzy.

I dont feel fresh when I woke up from sleep.

I am eating so much that if i dont have the homeopathy medicines effect i could have got diabetes. I am just eating and doing very less work.

my skin and body doesnot show any freshness.
my memmory become very week.

I am very inferior kind of person from begining. though Allah SWT have blessed with everything.
I am very sensitive to light, specially for eyes. I love to be social but cannot handle it since very sensitive to peoples words. Always cautious about what people say.

I feel very scared, anxieted, hopeless, fearful, worried about works and responsibilities. I went through tough situations of life in my past but i didnot react this way the way I am feeling now. I feel the end of the world.

everytime i had some difficulties i try to find the solution of it and pick the easiest way out for the problem.

but this time i feel like i am lost in an unknown world.


I am educated person wanted to do lot for my family and others but became so hopeless and helpless. i cannot commit for any work so i feel useless.
