Group strep b

I am 18 weeks pregnant, age 32, blood type AB Negative. Due to recent bleeding and a trip to hospital for a small Anti-D injection, I have received a call from the hospital to advise me Group Strep B has shown up in my blood swab. I am not suffering with any symptoms.
They have told me I will need an IV of antibiotics during labour. However I am not keen for this to happen, the midwife told me she would get people to speak to me and I know they will try to persuade me to have it.
From some research on the internet I have found that it would be advisable to have the antibiotics if any of these indicators are present:
1. Fever during labour.
2. Premature birth if baby is less than 36 weeks gestation.
3. If the amniotic sac has been ruptured for longer than 24 hours.
I have not been able to find any perspective on this from a classical homoeopathic point of view.
Please can you advise?
Thank you
