18 and premature greying with hair loss. .please HELP!

can anyone please suggest me what should i do for premature greying of hair and hair loss. Its been around 3 years and I have tried almost everythng.
I do have tonsilitis and my parents tell me that i take too much stress but how much can it affect?

I am really tired of using new products now. please help :'(

4) How is your Thyroid functioning?
5) Do you have Diabetes?
6) Do you have Digestion Problem?
7) How is your Bowl movement?
8) Do you feel thirsty? How many glasses of water you drink every day?
9) Do you feel good in warm or cold or humid climate?
10) Are you having any stress? Describe it !
11) Do you get normal sound sleep?
12) Explain in detail about your mood?
13) Any problem with you periods?
14) Any past medical problem which you would like to share the information?
15) List of medicine in use at present?
16) Do you have grey hairs? What percentage of black hair is there on you scalp?
17) Do you have acne problem?
18) Did you take any chemical treatment for your hair?
19) Are you changing shampoo brand frequently?
20) Do you have Dandruff problem in your hair?


a) You told about Tonsilitis, How often you have tonsil?
b)When are tonsils more active? After eating cold stuff, change in climate, cold climate etc.
c)How often do you get fever ?
d) What new product are you using or used ?

1) 18/F/5ft 4 inch/delhi
2) hair fall - 7 years
premature greying - 4 years
3) excessive hairfall and premature greying of hair.
4) i recently got a thyroid test done and it was all normal
5) i Dont have any diabetes problem
6) and 7) - i dont have digestion problem but i do face constipation problems sometimes. though thats not too often.
8) I dont feel too thirty. probably a litre and a half of water everyday.
9)i dont feel comfortable in humid climate as the chances of getting tonsilitis increases.
10) usually if i am stressed its the peer pressure to do better. but i have been coping up with it for a while now. other than that nothing major.
11) on weekdays i sleep for around 4 to 5 hours and on weekends about 10 hours.
12) my mood generally remains sad cuz i keep feeling that ppl dont like me and hence i dont like myself too. Also there was this person i was really attached to and he left me but then i am good with it now. there are mood swings - extreme happy to sad .
13) no problem with periods.
14)no past medical problem
15)i am not using any meds as of now.
16)I have many grey hair. especially on the frontal lobe.black hair is enough to cover up the greys.
17)i have acne problem but its not that much.
18)i have used some oils, and shampoos an a solution called trigain. but no other chemical treatment.
19)i have been using herbal shampoo for the past 9 months.
20) i have dry dandruff which comes and goes.

a)i have tonsilitis 4 to 5 times a year, usually during change of weather or after eating cold and sour stuff and they are always accompanied with fever and excessive cold.

i always take antibiotics for them

i have been using trichup shampoo and oil only right now.

no medication since one month.

Dear Prachi21,

Please get hold of following medicine in liquid dilution:
1) Silicea 30.
2) Echinacea Q (Mother tincture).

>> Remedy for you:
1) Take one dose of Silicea 30 early morning.
2) Take one dose of Silicea 30 before going to bed.
3) Repeat 1 and 2, for three days.

One dose means
The medicine is in liquid dilution form. Add 3-4 drops of medicine in some 20 ml (Approx. 2 sip) water then mix slowly with spoon. Sip up the content.

>> For your acne problems do the following on daily bases before going to bed.

Wash your face with good face wash (avoid washing your face with soaps). Pat dry. Take a cotton ball put some drops of Echinacea Q (Mother Tincture) gently apply the medicine on the acne, leave it over night.

>> Dietary/life style Advice:
1) Time being avoid sour/very salty/spicy food items.
2) Completely avoid food products having preservative contents in them.
3) Water intake should be around 3 litres every day (please follow strictly).
4) Include lots of fresh fruit and vegetables in your daily food menu.
5) Include 30 min of physical exercise in your daily routine.

>> Questions:
1) Approximately how many strands of hair do you loose every day?
2) When does the hair fall occur (while combing, while washing, while touching?
3) What is the texture of your hair is it normal, lustorous, dry, oily, dull?
4) How long is your hair? Below shoulder or above shoulder?
5) Are there any bald patches on your skull?
6) What is your hair tying style – Indian Buns or Indian Braids? Or leaving it loose?
7) How often you sit behind two wheeler pillion?
8) How often you use shampoo and oil your hairs?
9) When you get up in the morning, do you feel lazy or fresh?
10) Do you take three meals on time (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner), let me know your daily food menu please with timing?
11) At what time you go to bed?
12) What is your work environment like ?


Please follow homeopathy restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, and no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Do update me daily about the progress and new symptoms (if any).

Thanks you so much for your advice. I will follow it strictly.

as for the answers:

1) i loose quite a lot of hair more than 100. it happens usually while combing and washing.

3) my hair is dull and dry.

4)till shoulder.
5)no bald patches.
6) i tie my hair in a ponytail or in braid. while sleeping i tie them up in a bun.
7)not too often. but i do travel in buses everryday.
8)i shampoo and oil my hair twice a week.
9)lazy and weak.
10)i dont take breakfast. usually a glass of milk along with an apple in the morning. lunch at around 1pm which include two chappatis and vegetable. Dinner at around 8pm which is also the same as lunch along with curd.

11) i have no fixed tim of going to bed. Usually after 2 am.

12) I study in a college.


also i wanted to ask anout these medicines which i had read about:

acid phos30
lycopodium 30
weisbaden

wont they work for me?

and the medicines you prescribed will they stop and prevent premature greying too cuz I am reall worried about it. i am just 18 :(

Also doctor , My hair fall happens more when i oil my hair. and on the right side the hair left is almost next to nothing and mainly grey hair is left.
