I am giving details about my problems .Please study them and suggest me the remedy .I am very tired sir.

MAIN COMPLAINTS-------------------------
1 ] SNEEZING—especially more at morning and reduces as day come up
2 ] CATARRAH –thin watery discharge from nose ,dribbles when I lean forward, that is also more in the morning
3] ITCHING,IRRITATION AND FISSURES IN NOSE--- constant desire to touch the nose and after touching , sneezing started.
4 ] RECURRENT FURUNCLE IN NOSE—with severe pain
5 ] SPUTUM—thick sputum without cough ,easy expelled even after clearing the throat
Each complaints are of long duration since 1 to 2 years

MINOR COMPLAINTS--- ---------------------
1]TINNITUS HEADACHE AND GREAT WEAKNESS---after physical or mental exertion.
2] NO DESIRE TO DO REGULAR WORK always want to sleep throughout the day
3] PAIN---- body pain more in large muscle and last metacarpal joints
4] HEADACHE AND TREMBLING IN HAND AND LEG---when hungry. Can not bear hunger and eats to busting point and great drowsiness soon after dinner
5] BAD [NO NORMAL ] taste in mouth
6 ] GASES in abdomen want to go to toilet 3 to 4 times with normal stool
7] INGUINAL HERNIA –constant sneezing and gases have formed the hernia , no pain at site
8 ] laughing causes to cough and sometime asthma
9] anxiety and restlessness ,always in hurry and that causes headache
10] due to furuncle there is fever in upper region and I feel burning in eyes when I closes it
11]sometime speaking or itching in trachea start cough which is relived by drinking water

BACK HISTORY-------
IBS at childhood ,and treated by homeopathy
Renal stone 2 times operated
Hepatitis A infe’ treated by ayuveda
Pott’s spine 4 years ago treated with full course of antitubercle
Allergy tested 2 times and taken 2 courses to antiallergen but in vain
Asthma is cured by homeopathic med’ but still the coryza and sneezing

FAMILY HISTORY-------
Father was suffering from ca prostate , hypertension , diabetes and paralysis
Mummy is suffering from ca breast ,brain haemorrange
Family h/o diabetes but I have low sugar level
11. Diabetic or nonD-iabetic – low glucose level
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt ---desire sweets especially after dinner and spicy foods
13. Thirst ----more than normal , drinks more water
14. Tongue and Taste---- normal and bad taste in mouth
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) 120/80 mm of hg

16. What exactly is happening? Sneezing and catarrah and furuncle trouble me

17. How do you feel? –I feel guilty as myself is doctor and can not cure myself

22. How did that feel like? I feel shame in my patients
23. What sensation do you experience in that situation? –anxiety and some depression

24. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand (Habits or Actions)? – constant touching to nose and playing with fingers
25. Current medicines you are taking? ---many homeopathic drug I have taken as nux, pulse ,croton tig,,nitru mur. Arsenic alb,aurum met,caust, merc s etc…………….

28. Nature of work, what do you do for living? –medical practise

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food ----desire—bear, meat, sweet spicy food ice cream ,and pickle —aversion---curd, tobacco ,bitter and citrus food

30. Name of foods which increase your problem ---lemon, fermented food,, iced water

31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections. ------------- Great anxiety ,can not talk to senior , girls, in public, shyful behavior, more anger, always in hurry but a lot of patience, want privacy to urinate and for toilet, can not say no for anything, can not ask for anything to anyone, take decision in hurry,. Always want someone for support to go to anywhere to do anything, tear comes out in happy moment also, not careful about health
Fear of height , water .darkness unsucess in business , can not take proper decision in hurry

32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases) --------aggravation at morning,with bathing and little amelioration at afternoon




36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. ----normal

Please sir suggest me the remedy

I get relief by one day nux 30 three doses and from second day puls 200 once daily for three days.But the relief last for 7 to 10 days

I am getting trouble by sneezing ,catarrah and nose furuncle .there is severe pain in nose region
