This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I will look over this and see what I can suggest

What remedies have you taken or been given so far, and where there any results?

So this fear, that makes you sweat, go blank, panic, feel confused, go weak - what kind of fear is this? If a person, another person not you, was to experience this kind of fear, what situation would they be in?

Do you understand what I am asking - what kind of real situation would a person be in to experience this same kind of fear?

So your fear is that you will not be able to do what is required of you, that you will not be able to perform your duties, not be able to complete what job or task you have been given?

If you are familiar with the task, have done it before, how do you feel? If you have never done it before, how do you feel?

Ah now that is better, that is much more useful to me. That is helping me to understand the situation your body thinks it is in.

Let me add this to what you have already given.

If you were to imagine something that is stuck, tries to come out but doesn't, what would you imagine (do not use your body as an example, use something that is not you). I want to understand this sensation better. Give me an image, an analogy.

Ok I have thought long and hard about this.

I think that the Nitricum part of Arg-nit is right, but the Argentum part is wrong.

I believe that one of the other nitricum salts is more appropriate - Cobaltum-nitricum.

See if you can get 200c.
