I am 26 year old unmarried man living in India. Since many years I have been masturbating. Somehow I was able to stop the habbit, but the ill effects not leaving me. Before masturbation, I was very healthy, not even a single hair use to fall. All the men in my family have black thick hair, no one is bald or thin hair.My hair started falling, they fall heavily since 9-10 years. It started after masturbation practice.
Also I sweat a lot through my entire body, even if I walk for a while, I start sweating.
Please help me
