need consult on acute stomach issues

Hello, I am hoping for some consultation on a chronic condition that has become acute.

I am female, 56, in menopause 2 years, unmarried for 5 years. I have used Homeopathy almost exclusively for 30 years. I have been a vegetarian for 35 years. For about 10 years leading up to menopause, I felt hunger pangs in the stomach all the time, ate all the time to settle the stomach, and gained 30 pounds. About 20 years ago developed allergy to all forms of dairy products except butter. Once I entered menopause, I became intolerant of wheat products and gluten. Then in May of 2011 I suddenly became intolerant of many vegetables, grains, soy, beans, etc. Also developing over the past 3 years were increasing hot flashes, especially upon lying down at night, making me unable to sleep. Since May 2011 I have lost 30 pounds, as I am unable to eat much; no herbs, no protein, no oil, few vegetables.

When I eat something that disagrees I get dyspepsia (NOT acid reflux),burping, pain in stomach. When I eat anything with oil in it, I get pain in lower left side. Left untreated, in a few hours my skin will itch on the rib cage and upper chest. Then at night when I lie down, I will become very hot and sweat profusely and not be able to sleep.

I have been seeing a Korean nutritionist and getting acupuncture. I have found that Nux 1M, Sabadilla 1M, and Sulphur 1M help relieve symptoms; often followed by Ars Alb 1M at night to help with sleep. However my situation is very unstable and what I can eat varies daily and I never know until I eat it. So my stomach feels uncomfortable most of the time.

I have had blood work, etc. and all seems normal. I have been tested for H. pylori, it was negative.

I am extremely intolerant of cold weather, very tolerant of hot humid weather. I preferred to eat carbohydrates and sweets (when I could eat them). I have a passionate nature, work hard all the time, very fast moving, very alert and quick to respond.

I would appreciate any and all suggestions / consultations. Thank you.
