Could this be symptom of piles?
I have a doubt whether this could be starting of pilestrouble.Upto last week I didn't have any constipation or any lump. But, suddenly I felt two small painless lumps in my anal edge. No pain, no bleeding. But, from that day I feel like I'm not passing stools freely as I previously would.
What I did?
I have taken a coconut burfi that was in the refrigerator. Later I came to know that it was more than 1 month old. (On that day itself I had a loose motion.)
My activities:
For the past 10 months I used to travel long distances. I work before a computer for at least 12 hours and travel back to home. (2+2 hours journey daily)
Can I take pirrhoids to avoid further deterioration?

Today I visited the Doctor nearby and he confirmed that I'm having 1st degree of Piles. I'm skeptical of taking allopathic medicines, as they might be temporary. Is there permanent relief in homeopathy? At least long time relief?

I have taken a single dose of Thuja 200 two days back.
Previously there was some discomfort. Now, a little improvement. (But, this discomfort appeared and disappeared previously too. So, I don't know this relief is due to Thuja 200)
I noticed little ease of defaecation. (But previously too I didn't have constipation. It was normal.)
I don't notice anything else significant.
Is there anything particular that I should mention? (I mean, what feedback I am expected to give, after intake of Thuja 200?)

In fact, a new lump has developed. And I'm experiencing a burning feeling after defaecation, with occasional stinging pain.
Should I mention, my job involves 10 to 11 hours of sitting before the computer.

I can't give a clear picture now.
The burning feeling is greatly reduced. And I am not sure about the change in the lumps. Sometimes it looks like they have softened and sometimes they look like there is no improvement.
The stinging pain has also suppressed a little. (Yet there is very mild feeling of starting again.)

As far physical symptoms, I observed at least 3 lumps in the external edge of my anal mouth.
If I sit for a considerable long time, I feel little irritating feeling. (Not itching, but uncomfortable irritation.)
Sometimes, I feel a burning feeling for 5 minutes after defaecation. (It takes around 5 minutes to slowly reduce.)
If I use the PILEX ointment, both the above symptoms reduce a little bit.
Other than this, I don't feel any pain, bleeding or anything else. Also I don't feel any trouble in defaecation. It seems normal.
Mentally, I'm little concerned that whether this would lead to any surgery. But, my financial conditions make me worry too much.
