pilondial cyst
I am a 30 year old Indian guy and have had pilondial cyst since 6 years. I went to the ER to get it lanced in Dec 2010 as it became very swollen and painful.The area next to the butt opening gets swollen and itchy very frequently. I apply castor oil and tea tree oil everyday and take hot sitz bath once a week and a hot bath everyday. This gives relief. But the area bleeds and is itchy.The surgeon recommended surgery. But I don't want to do that.
I have bought following from this website:

I don't know how to measure it. But it's always been good. I work out at the gym 2 times a week and do cardio (walk) for 40 minutes 4 times a week.
16. What exactly is happening?
I have 2 pimples right on the natal cleft of the buttocks and a little swelling over top of 2 pimples. Also, the area on left butt swells and bleeds with pus, blood and debris. This swelling happens once a week. The 2 pimples don't swell. Its just the area on the immediate left of the pimples swell and pain. And alsoI apply castor pil and tea tree oil and do hot sitz bath to remove swelling. The area from left part of butt to the pimples itches.

I feel bad and angry.
18. How does this affect you?
Sometimes i can't sit straight on the couch if there is swelling and sometims the area pains and itches with or without swelling. and I can't do certain exercises laying down on my back as it pains.

I applied castor oil,tea tree oil to the area. i also applied turmeric powder to the area. I also drank turmeric powder with hot water. i also took aspirin one day for swelling. I also applid hydrogn peroxide for cleaning purposes.

Hi Nawaz,
When it drains on its own, or when I squeeze it, its basically blood oozing out.It was lanced in the ER in Dec 2010 so the blood comes out via a small hole(done in ER via lancing) whenever it ruptures. Surgeon recommended Excision which is a surgery and takes weeks for recovery, but I don't want to do that.I eat vegetables, eggs, chicken, fish, basically protein rich diet everyday.
After draining, i feel relief, but obviously this needs to be taken care from the inside out as it keeps getting swollen.
What do you recommend please?
I bought what I bought based on what you and panjaj varma have been advising patients who have pilondial cyst.
it appears that silcea and sulphur does the job huh? But keep in mind i have had it for many years. 6 yrs.

Follow this protocol:
Take Myristica 200...just one dose...this will burst open the cyst in 2/3 days.
If it doesn't happen in 5 days ...take another dose of Myristica 200. surely happen by that.
Once the pus begins to flow...start taking Silicea 6C or 30C....homeopathic form is better than bio-chemic form for this...but low potency.
This will promote further flow of pus from all the canals that exist...which lead to the cyst.
After a week of the pus flowing out (fully).
Take Silicea 200 and Hepar sulph 200 in alteration.
One dose each day.
Say Monday ...Silicea 200
Tuesday...Hepar Sulph 200
Wednesday...Silicea 200...so on for a week.
You will notice...in a week entire area has dried up and within a month you will see as if nothing existed there.
Post feed back at intervals.

Sorry Nawaz Ji. I noticed it this evening when draining my cyst.
The pus has a reddish tint but when it comes out by itself it seems colorless. But when it comes out with blood it has a reddish tint.Does this help answer your question to determine suitable remedy?

Berberis Vulgaris Q is required to stop bleeding.
Hypericum 200C is for your pain and cyst healing.
Please continue with Calendula Q as suggested.

I finished 1 day on Calendula. I will report back in 3 days,but the pilondial cyst is a little painful, itchy and tender and painful when touched. So same as usual.
