Urine Problem (male)
I was diagnosed first grade prostae in first ultrasound after developing urine problem and after some homeopathy madication, the size of prostate was found normal during second ultrasound. There was no symptomic relief.Flow was still not normal. No uritheral stricture was found.There was no releif from sympoms even after taking urimax. Doctor told me that bladder neck was hard. I was operated (HOLEP)3 weeks back for both bladder neck and prostate. But still irritation, urge to urinate just after passing urine and burning sensation remains and I have found no releif. I presume that you have been unnecessarily subjected to TURP (Transurethral Resection of the Prostat) by your Urologist.
You are now suffering from the after effects of this surgery which from your description has resulted from the surgeon going in too deep with the surgical instrument that was inserted into your penis for this surgery which has injured the Sphincter muscles in the Neck of the Bladder and have caused your incontinence where you have to urinate frequently.
I presume that you have consulted your Uro and that he has prescribed various pills like Flomax, Uromax etc and that you did not have any relief from them.
A remedy I have often used for cases similar to yours is
Arnica 6c in the Wet dose taken 3 times daily.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
Please report your response in 3 days after you start on this therapy aka 'Joepathy'.

Judging from your report it is possible that you may be suffering from some infection in your Urethra or Cystitis in your Bladder.
You are advised to consult your Uro who did your surgery and ask for help which will be an antibiotic if my diagnosis is correct. The antibiotic of choice is of course Cipro.
You can start on the Arnica 6c therapy as it will help you in any case.
I note that your dad suffered from a heart attack and you can take Arnica for life but in a higher potency if you wish to avoid a similar fate in your later years.
Ask your mom if she would like to have s remedy for her Arthritis and for her Diabetes as I believe that my Joepathy can help both her problems although they may not cure them.

Please don't take further doses if you are feeling well. Please repeat the doses as earlier if there is a significant relapse in your symptoms.
Sometimes additional doses disturb the recovery process started by the earlier doses. So it is better not to go for further dosing if recovery is coming under the influence of the earlier doses.

The following problem still persists
1) Burning sensation during and after urination due to which I feel like urinating again.
2) I feel bladder is not voiding completel as if I go for urine even after 10 minutes I paas sufficient amount of urine.
3) Some time there may be some dribbling when I bend forward.

Sir, I am still not very comfortable.
1) I feel in last few days urge to urinate have reduced but feeling of wetness is still there.
2) Some dribbling after passage urine some time is also there.
3) I feel most disconmfort while urinating for the first time in the morning. Lot of pain during urination and burning afterwards.
4) During bathing feel like forcing and the drops of urine would come some time and other time I feel that they have got stuck up in urethera.
5) During the day since now I take a lot of water urine keep on coming. And After every passage there is burning sensation due to which I feel yrinatimg again. This would subsidise after 1 or 2 minutes.
6) I have stopped antibiotic and taking Neeri an ayurvedic medicine and KAYAM churan for constipation has also been advised.
7) KAYAM has controlled constipation after which I am feeling better.

Chandraprabha vati and gokshuradi guggulu are good remedies for urinary problems in ayurved. Neeri should be a patented product of some company.

pls study materia medica for contradiction between medicines thn u will know whats wrong with ur prescription
pls prescribe ur patient Sebal seru Q 15 drops thrice daily and advice Camphor potency for canceling previous medicines
u can also try Clematis erecta, Casticum or biochemic Nat phos, Calc phos potency medicines for fast results
pls give him Sebal seru Q for magic relief from painful urination!!
