To the Doctors on this site: Advice needed for Eczema on 18 month old

My daughter is 18 months old.

My daughter is a twin, they were born prematurely at 32+5 weeks.(approx 7 weeks early). Born by emergency C-Section. She needed help with breathing (in incubator- intensive care) for 2 hours and was kept in special care for 4 weeks. She was given antibiotics whilst she was there to prevent infection.

She was fed premature baby formula and breastmilk- (mixed)until 5 months of age.

Weaning began at 6 months of age. Normal baby formula and breastfeeding continued.

Breastfeeding ceased at 12 months.

She suffered from severe reflux between 2-4 months of age and was on many medications including ranitidine, domperidone until 4 months of age. She was also on abidec multivitamins until 1 year.

I noticed her eczema begin at approximately 8 months of age.
She has ezema on her cheeks, top of her right ear, and on her legs below the knees.

She has been immunised. OCCASSIONALLY I have used hydrocortisone. I have tried various creams including Aveeno, diprobase, aqueous cream, E45, emulsifying ointment. I have been applying Epaderm cream for the past few months. It helps moisturise but does not improve the condition of her skin.Sometimes the eczema on her face clears up well for a few but flares up again. I am unsure whether it is related to diet.

The eczema on her legs has not shown any real improvement. Some dark patches are now apparent on her upper thighs and abdomen but not serious.

I am using oilatum in her bath and only using epaderm to moisturise.

Please advise.

Thanking you in anticipation.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I shall copy my default therapy for Eczema below:

The remedy for your Eczema is Arnica 6c in the Wet dose which is made up as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid Dilution in Alcohol in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake it hard to produce bubbles. This is homeopathic succussion and must be done every time before a capful of the bottle which is the dose is taken as directed.

Take a capful of the remedy water twice daily and also apply the water on your lesions as often as possible.

You should observe some improvement in your condition on about the third day into this therapy.

Please report your response on the third day.

It is understood that you will not take any other drug while using the Arnica therapy.
